IT Team Leader (French Speaker) – Porto

About the role

Natixis in Portugal is looking for an experienced IT Team Leader who is fluent in French to join the BPCE Solutions Informatiques (BPCE‑SI) team in Porto. You will be responsible for leading a specialized group that ensures the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the Bancarisation et Epargne platform.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, coach and develop a dedicated IT team, handling performance reviews, career conversations and training plans.
• Plan and manage team resources, including vacation and absence management.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding and talent acquisition activities.
• Monitor compliance with operational objectives and propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate technical tasks, allocate work and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Guarantee quality, compliance and service continuity for supported applications.
• Support the manager in defining strategic actions and contribute to relevant projects.
