IT Support with Spanish & English

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual IT Support professional who will act as the first point of contact for users, handling both routine and non‑routine incidents, problems and service requests. The role involves providing 1st‑line support for Microsoft products, operating systems, basic networking and PC hardware, while communicating fluently in Spanish and English.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1st‑line technical assistance for Microsoft applications, Windows OS and PC hardware.
• Troubleshoot basic networking issues and resolve known problems within SLA timeframes.
• Escalate complex incidents to higher‑level support when necessary.
• Document actions taken and follow established processes.
• Monitor performance through reporting and contribute to continuous service improvement.
• Collaborate with team members and support a multicultural environment.

Required profile

• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Ability to work under supervision and follow defined procedures.
• Strong customer‑focused attitude and good communication skills.
• Willingness to develop professionally and follow a personal development plan.
