IT Support with French, Spanish & English

About the role

Join Fujitsu as an IT Support professional providing first‑line assistance to users across multiple locations in Portugal. You will act as the single point of contact for routine and non‑routine incidents, ensuring timely resolution and excellent service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming tickets, diagnose and resolve issues related to Microsoft products, operating systems, basic networking and PC hardware.
• Escalate complex problems to higher‑level teams while maintaining clear communication with users.
• Document all actions taken in the ticketing system following established processes.
• Monitor service performance and contribute to statistical reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Spanish and English; French is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently under supervision and follow defined procedures.
• Commitment to personal development and a willingness to learn Fujitsu’s service standards.
