IT Support with French, Spanish and English

About the role

Fujitsu is looking for a multilingual IT Support professional to join its team in Portugal. The role serves as the first point of contact for users, handling both routine and non‑routine incidents, problems and service requests across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1st‑line technical assistance for Microsoft products, operating systems, basic networking and PC hardware.
• Log, diagnose and resolve incidents within defined service‑level targets, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Document all actions taken in the ticketing system and follow established processes.
• Monitor performance metrics and contribute to statistical reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and high‑quality support experience.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (French is a plus).
• Ability to understand and troubleshoot basic customer problems and ask relevant questions.
• Willingness to take ownership of issues and follow escalation procedures.
• Commitment to personal development and a proactive attitude toward learning.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other Microsoft products.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Basic networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of PC hardware components and configuration.
