IT Support with French & English

About the role
We are looking for a bilingual IT Support professional to be the single point of contact for users in Portugal. You will handle both routine and non‑routine incidents, providing first‑line assistance while communicating fluently in French and English.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver first‑line support for incidents related to Microsoft products, operating systems, basic networking and PC hardware.
- Diagnose, resolve or appropriately escalate issues to meet service‑level agreements.
- Document all actions taken in the ticketing system and follow established processes.
- Monitor performance metrics and contribute to statistical reporting.
- Collaborate with team members, share knowledge and support continuous improvement.
- Maintain a personal development plan and stay updated on customer environments.
Required profile
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Customer‑focused attitude with strong listening skills.
- Ability to work under supervision and follow documented procedures.
- Team player who contributes positively to the work environment.
Required skills
- Microsoft products (e.g., Office, Windows).
- Operating system troubleshooting.
- Basic networking concepts.
- PC hardware support.
