About the role

KCS IT is looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Trainee to join our remote team in Portugal. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about technology, eager to learn, and fluent in French.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical assistance to internal and external users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve more complex problems.
• Maintain a customer‑focused attitude and ensure timely communication.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (mandatory) and good English communication skills.
• Strong interest in IT support and technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Residency in Portugal.
• No prior professional IT experience required.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of computers, operating systems, and common software applications.
