IT Support Technician – Onsite in Coimbra

About the role

Match Profiler is looking for an IT Support Technician to join its on‑site team in Coimbra. You will be the first point of contact for end‑users, ensuring that hardware, software and network services run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑line technical support to internal users.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot hardware and software components.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
• Diagnose and resolve connectivity, printer and other network‑related issues.
• Log and track incidents using a ticketing system, following established processes.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to maintain overall infrastructure stability.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks and act proactively.
• Team spirit and collaborative attitude in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Windows operating systems.
• Microsoft environment tools (including Microsoft 365).
• Hardware installation and software configuration.
• Active Directory and user account management.
• Basic network concepts and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Printer troubleshooting.
• Ticketing systems and incident management processes.
• Experience in IT infrastructure support (optional).
