IT Support Technician

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our Iberian corporate environment. The role combines device management, user support, and administration of Microsoft 365 services across Portugal and Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the device fleet using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Handle IT tickets, provide on‑site user support, and manage users' devices.
• Manage user accounts and mailboxes in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft 365.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 / Office 365 components such as Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Provide first‑line technical support to users in Portugal and remote support to employees in Spain.
• Maintain the IT inventory and ensure accurate asset tracking.
• Resolve incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a Service Desk or End‑User Support role.
• Experience managing IT assets with Microsoft Intune.
• Administration of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint).
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and processes.
