IT Support Specialist (L1/L2) – Windows & macOS

About the role

Aubay Portugal is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide first‑ and second‑level assistance for Windows and macOS environments. You will work on‑site supporting a variety of hardware, software and networking needs for internal users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive hardware and software support for desktops, laptops, mobile and audio‑visual devices.
• Install, reinstall and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS) and related applications.
• Use ServiceNow to manage incidents and service requests while maintaining SLA compliance and accurate asset inventory.
• Assist with corporate networking and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting, follow IT security policies and participate in disaster‑recovery processes.
• Develop and maintain knowledge‑base articles and technical documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional IT support experience (L1/L2 desktop support).
• Strong customer service skills and effective written and verbal communication in English.
• Alignment with corporate culture, integrity and teamwork orientation.
