IT Support Specialist – Hybrid (Lisbon)

About the role

KCS IT is looking for a motivated IT Support Specialist to join its Lisbon‑based team. The position is hybrid, requiring three days a week on‑site at the Pegões (Montijo) office, and the candidate must already reside in Portugal.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line IT support and help‑desk services for internal users and external clients.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Primavera ERP environments.
• Support Salesforce platforms, including user administration and issue resolution.
• Create, maintain, and deliver Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams across various industry sectors.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in IT support or help‑desk roles.
• Strong commitment to dedication, integrity, transparency, and teamwork.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to both onsite and remote tasks.
• Residency in Portugal is mandatory.
