IT Support Analyst – Lisbon (Hybrid)

About the role

Dellent, a consulting firm specialized in information systems and telecommunications, is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join a business investment banking and financial services project based in Lisbon. The position is hybrid, combining on‑site work with remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line IT user support and service‑desk assistance for corporate users.
• Configure, troubleshoot and maintain Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Manage device lifecycle using SCCM and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
• Develop and run PowerShell scripts for automation, bulk configuration and reporting.
• Diagnose hardware issues, support networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and maintain meeting‑room equipment (Cisco and Microsoft Teams Rooms).
• Apply ITIL processes for incident, problem and change management while meeting SLA targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in IT user support, service desk or workplace infrastructure management.
• Fluent English (minimum B2); French is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
