IT Specialist – Shared Services for European Markets

About the role

We are looking for an IT Specialist to join a leading multinational organization operating in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment. The role is based in a Shared Services team supporting European markets and works closely with cross‑functional groups to keep IT operations smooth and secure.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, operating systems, networks and printers.
• Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot computer systems and network infrastructure.
• Respond to support requests, resolve technical issues and provide user training.
• Ensure security and privacy of IT systems and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in infrastructure and end‑user device projects.
• Coordinate external IT support teams, manage 2nd‑level support and prioritize incidents.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Degree or technical training in IT or a related field.
• Certifications in IT support, network security or endpoint management are a plus.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows environment.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune (mandatory).
• Hardware installation and troubleshooting.
• Software deployment and configuration.
• Network configuration and basic networking concepts.
• Familiarity with IT support tools, processes and security best practices.
