IT Services Buyer (French Speaker)

About the role

BNP Paribas is looking for an IT Services Buyer who will act on behalf of internal clients to source and purchase technology services. The role requires fluency in French and English and focuses on delivering value while complying with regulatory and corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support BNP Paribas entities with their purchasing requests, ensuring quality, cost‑effectiveness and timely processing.
• Coordinate Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, evaluate supplier offers and manage the selection workflow.
• Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with providers to achieve savings targets.
• Prepare and review application contracts, guaranteeing compliance with regulations, internal standards and framework agreements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Economics or Law.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, finance or operations.
• Knowledge of IT regulations and contracts is a plus.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Strong negotiation, communication and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with procurement software.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
