IT Project Manager

About the role

Quanteam, the founding entity of Rainbow Partners, is a consulting firm specialized in Banking and Financial Services. We are looking for an IT Project Manager to plan, coordinate and deliver IT projects that support transformation initiatives for leading institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage IT projects from initiation through successful delivery, ensuring clear objectives, scope, timelines and priorities.
• Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors and other participants to ensure effective collaboration.
• Monitor progress, milestones, dependencies, resources and budgets, taking corrective action when issues arise.
• Identify and manage technical, operational and project risks, issues and dependencies throughout the lifecycle.
• Facilitate project meetings, track actions and decisions, and maintain up‑to‑date documentation.

Required profile

• Fluency in French and English (C1+), written and spoken.
• Proven experience managing IT or technology‑related projects, preferably with cross‑functional technical teams.
• Strong understanding of the IT project lifecycle, planning, delivery, risk and change management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, able to translate between technical and business audiences.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, with capacity to handle multiple priorities.

What we offer

• Gross annual salary between €25,000 and €45,000, based on experience.
• Permanent contract (CTI) with meal allowance and health insurance.
