IT Project Manager

About the role

Neotalent Conclusion is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead technology initiatives for a banking client. You will be responsible for delivering projects that align with the client’s strategic objectives while ensuring quality, schedule, and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor end‑to‑end IT projects.
• Integrate management of scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Communicate effectively with business and IT stakeholders.
• Identify, analyse, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Manage external suppliers and oversee service quality.
• Prepare and present progress reports, KPIs, and milestone tracking.
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and internal standards.
• Promote project transparency, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex IT projects, preferably in the financial or banking sector.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Highly proactive, autonomous, and capable of taking initiative.

• PMP certification (or equivalent)
