IT Project Manager – Agile Delivery Lead

About the role

The IT Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of innovative IT solutions for Bosch Service Solutions in Braga. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, you will translate complex requirements into user‑centric products and ensure successful implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Capture business needs and convert them into clear concepts, user stories and product backlog items.
• Develop and maintain an agile implementation plan, monitoring progress and adapting to changes.
• Own the product backlog in Jira, writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate stakeholders, internal clients, data experts, developers and leadership to keep the project aligned.
• Define testing criteria, drive user‑acceptance testing and support rollout, training and adoption.
• Contribute to the product roadmap and portfolio vision, communicating milestones and benefits.

Required profile

• University degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience managing IT projects.
• Proven ability to work in an agile environment and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Required skills

• Jira for backlog management and sprint planning.
