IT Project Management Officer (French Speaker)

About the role

MoOngy is looking for an IT Project Management Officer who is fluent in French to join its Financial Services team in Lisbon. The role is hybrid, requiring a presence in the office two to three days a week, and offers the chance to support multiple projects in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, trackers, and meeting minutes.
• Monitor project timelines, progress, and deliverables to ensure alignment with plans.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Assist in risk and issue tracking, escalating matters when necessary.

Required profile

• Professional experience in IT or related fields.
• Fluent in English and French (minimum B2 level, preferably C1).
• Currently residing in Portugal and legally authorized to work there.
• Proactive and reactive mindset with strong organizational and detail‑orientation.
• Good understanding of administrative and contractual processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Power BI.
