IT Manager – Lead Global IT Team

About the role

Dashlane is looking for an IT Manager to lead its global IT team and transform IT into a proactive business partner. You will manage a small, distributed team across Paris, Lisbon and New York, setting direction while staying hands‑on with the infrastructure and tools that keep the company running.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow a global IT team of five, including system administrators, a DevOps engineer and a project manager.
• Act as a player‑coach: define priorities, contribute to infrastructure, tooling and escalations.
• Shift IT from a reactive help‑desk model to a proactive partner by engaging stakeholders and proposing solutions.
• Integrate AI into IT processes such as access management and onboarding to automate manual work.
• Own core IT infrastructure: Azure (IaC with Terraform), SSO/SCIM provisioning (Entra), endpoint management (Intune, Jamf), and GitLab for engineering.
• Partner with the CISO on identity, access and endpoint security, and manage IT budget, procurement and vendor relationships.

Required profile

• 7+ years of IT operations experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Hands‑on experience with modern IT environments (Azure, Google Workspace, MDM/endpoint management, SaaS provisioning).
• Proven track record of moving a team from reactive to proactive, including automation of processes.
• Experience supporting engineering teams and familiarity with GitLab or similar developer platforms.
• Fluent English; French or Portuguese a plus.
