IT HR Business Analyst (French Speaker)

About the role

Dellent is seeking an IT HR Business Analyst fluent in French to join its business investment banking and financial services project based in Portugal. The role will be hybrid, operating from either Porto or Lisbon, and focuses on delivering innovative HR‑tech solutions for training and learning platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business needs and translate them into functional specifications for LMS, TMS, LCMS and LXP solutions.
• Lead project management activities including governance, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, training, documentation and communication.
• Support change‑management initiatives and ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
• Design and monitor data flows using sFTP, APIs, log reading and SMTP protocols.
• Collaborate with technical teams on SQL queries and SSO integrations (OAuth, SAML V2).

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Proven experience with training platform functionalities and project management.
• Solid understanding of change‑management principles.
