IT Helpdesk Support Specialist (Danish Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a Danish‑speaking IT Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our multicultural, international organization. You will provide first‑line technical assistance to users across multiple markets, combining strong customer service with IT troubleshooting expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1st level IT support via phone, email and chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software and system‑related issues.
• Support users through remote access tools and guided troubleshooting.
• Escalate complex incidents according to established procedures.
• Log and manage incidents using the internal ticketing system while adhering to SLAs.

Required profile

• Fluent Danish (C1) and good command of English (B2).
• Previous experience in customer support, technical support or helpdesk environments.

Required skills

• Knowledge of hardware, software and operating‑system troubleshooting.
• Experience with ticketing systems or remote support tools.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar business applications (plus).
