IT Business Tester – Hybrid (Lisbon)

About the role

The IT Business Tester ensures high‑quality software solutions by integrating structured testing practices within an international business environment. Working closely with consultants and business representatives across regions, the role validates requirements, enhances reliability and supports continuous improvement of testing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze software requirements and user stories to ensure clarity, completeness and testability.
• Design, execute and maintain manual and automated test cases based on functional specifications.
• Organise and facilitate User Acceptance Testing sessions with business users, guide test execution and manage defect reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience with modern test methods, cloud‑based software products and CI/CD tools.
• Strong background in test‑first approaches such as E2E workflow testing, BDD/TDD, and agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe).
• Excellent written and spoken English and ability to communicate across multicultural teams.
