IT Business Analyst – Data Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join the CIB Transversal IT – NAR Shared Service Center team in Porto. The role will focus on designing, building and enhancing data solutions that support the bank’s enterprise data management strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in shaping sponsors’ IT strategy and help define the portfolio of data‑related initiatives.
• Organise workshops, vendor calls and assessments to contribute to the IT roadmap.
• Maintain high‑quality collaboration between business sponsors and the Transversal IT team.
• Provide support and coaching to IT colleagues on areas of expertise.
• Manage the portfolio of upcoming initiatives, set priorities and resolve conflicts.
• Assist the NAR SSC Manager with governance, audit and compliance activities.
• Analyse business needs, ensure solutions align with strategic plans and are technically compatible.
• Act as the liaison between end‑users and the development team to translate requirements into functional specifications.

Required profile

• Experienced (seniority N2) IT Business Analyst with a background in data solutions.
• Strong interest in solving sponsors’ challenges with innovative and efficient approaches.
• Proven ability to support, coach and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
