Inventory Supervisor – Retail Stock Management

About the role

The Inventory Supervisor ensures accurate stock levels and efficient flow of merchandise within the Walmart Supercenter. You will lead a team responsible for receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee merchandise assembly, grocery unloading, stocking, and remodel projects.
• Manage receiving processes, price changes, and claims handling.
• Coordinate with department leads to meet inventory targets and reduce shrink.
• Monitor schedule premiums, seasonal adjustments, and performance incentives.
• Maintain compliance with safety and drug‑free workplace policies.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability for rotating shifts at the Santa Isabel store.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to lead a diverse team.
• Experience in retail or warehouse inventory operations preferred.
