International Tax Specialist – Vice President

About the role

iCapital is looking for a seasoned International Tax Specialist to join its Corporate Finance team at the Vice President level. You will shape tax strategy and compliance across EMEA and APAC, ensuring the company meets regulatory requirements while optimizing tax efficiency as it expands globally.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee corporate and indirect tax compliance for EMEA and APAC jurisdictions.
• Provide guidance on cross‑border transaction tax implications and review legal agreements.
• Monitor legislative changes and assess impact on global operations.
• Own tax provisions for international audits and manage equity‑compensation tax implications.
• Develop and maintain transfer‑pricing policies aligned with OECD guidelines and support related audits.
• Advise on tax‑efficient structures, identify risks, and implement internal controls.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, external advisors, and tax authorities; deliver reporting and analysis for management decisions.
• Contribute to automation and efficiency initiatives within the tax function.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of corporate and indirect tax experience in a multinational environment, preferably financial services.
• Strong knowledge of EMEA and APAC tax frameworks, transfer‑pricing regulations, FATCA and CRS reporting.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Law or related field; professional tax qualification preferred.
• Excellent English communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, global setting and manage large data sets.
