International Product Manager – Heat Pumps

About the role

As an International Product Manager for Air‑to‑Water heat pumps, you will lead the expansion and optimisation of Bosch’s high‑performance heat‑pump portfolio. Based in Cacia, Aveiro, you will translate market insights and customer needs into engineering specifications, working with global cross‑functional teams to deliver next‑generation heating solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and grow the international product portfolio for Air‑to‑Water heat pumps in a fast‑growing market.
• Collaborate with national product management teams to capture market‑specific requirements and ensure seamless system integration.
• Act as the voice of the customer in cross‑functional development projects, guaranteeing customer‑centric outcomes.
• Monitor global market trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes to refine long‑term portfolio strategy.
• Provide technical input during early pre‑development phases and champion products throughout their lifecycle.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related technical field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience in the HVAC industry, preferably in product management or system engineering.
• Experience managing international, multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate market data into product requirements.
