International Operations & Marketing Manager

About the role

Kayla Foods International is seeking a dynamic International Operations & Marketing Manager to drive growth and operational excellence across its global franchise network for Yogen Früz and Pinkberry. This hands‑on position blends franchise operations, training, and marketing to ensure consistent brand performance worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine SOPs, rollout guides, and job aids to standardize operations across markets.
• Design, produce, and deliver comprehensive training programs and video content for franchisees and staff.
• Support product development and R&D by providing operational insights and assisting with testing.
• Lead new market entries, franchise openings, and ongoing operational support.
• Conduct store evaluations, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
• Act as primary liaison between franchise owners and corporate teams, facilitating communication and rollout of initiatives.
• Manage new product launch communications, marketing plans, and collateral creation.
• Oversee website and social‑media content and collaborate with supply‑chain teams on inventory and distribution challenges.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in food‑service franchise operations and marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in training, coaching, and people development.
• Self‑starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical, creative mindset and strong problem‑solving abilities.
