International Business Developer

About the role

We are seeking an International Business Developer to drive our growth across global markets. You will act as the face of our company, creating new opportunities and nurturing long‑term relationships with clients and partners in the design, architecture, exhibition and events sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new international business opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings, prepare and follow up on commercial proposals.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows and industry events.
• Collaborate closely with Design, Project and Production teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Maintain a pipeline of leads and track progress against sales targets.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English (essential).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commercial mindset with initiative and results orientation.
• Interest in design, architecture, and creative environments.
• Highly organized, autonomous and capable of rigorous follow‑up.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Additional languages are a plus.
• Relevant experience in international sales or business development, especially within design, architecture, interiors, exhibitions or events.
