Insured Consulting Analyst – Ireland (Hybrid, Lisbon)

About the role

Marsh is looking for an Insured Consulting Analyst to join its Consulting team within the People and Investments business. Based in Lisbon, this hybrid role requires at least three days per week in the office and involves supporting Ireland‑based consultants on pension and risk scheme services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support to the Defined Contribution consulting team for corporate pension and risk schemes.
• Coordinate insurer administration services to meet statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor insurer Service Level Agreements and act as an escalation point for service issues.
• Handle consultancy queries from employers, members, and third parties.
• Liaise with insurers on all pension and risk plan matters and draft client correspondence.
• Deliver dedicated phone support for member and client queries and ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2 level).
• Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• Team player with a flexible attitude and attention to detail.
• Commitment to further studies, such as pursuing Qualified Financial Advisor qualifications.
