Inside Sales Specialist, Polish Speaker

About the role

TeamViewer is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist who speaks Polish to join its sales team. You will focus on the Polish market, building new business relationships and driving growth through cross‑selling and up‑selling the full TeamViewer product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and expand relationships with customers via phone, email and chat.
• Identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities across the entire TeamViewer platform.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals and keep accurate records of sales activities.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Retention and other departments to ensure high service satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor actions and market conditions.

Required profile

• Fluency in Polish and English (mandatory); Romanian or Greek a plus.
• Proven sales experience, preferably with up‑selling and cross‑selling.
• Experience in an IT/SaaS environment is desirable.
• Strong communication, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Enjoy working in an international, multicultural team.
