Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative

About the role

FASTSIGNS #440101 is seeking a motivated Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to be the front‑line of the brand in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. You will work directly with business clients, understand their signage and visual communication needs, and guide them to the right solutions. The role combines proactive prospecting with ongoing account management in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new B2B client relationships through outbound calls, emails and in‑person visits.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to order fulfillment and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Consult with clients to identify signage, graphics and visual communication requirements.
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals and product recommendations.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts through exceptional service and proactive outreach.
• Track leads, sales activity and client interactions using CRM tools.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management or customer service.
• Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
