Inside Sales Associate – Beauty Advisor

About the role

Join Sally Beauty as a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor and help customers enjoy a memorable shopping experience. You will guide shoppers through hair colour, cosmetics, skin‑care and nail products, providing expert advice and personalized recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers about current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise for sales and promotional events.
• Enroll customers in the Loyalty program and keep them informed.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty’s culture and values.

Required profile

• Passionate about beauty and customer service.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lb, occasionally while on a ladder.
• Willingness to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, stooping, stretching and reaching.
• Comfortable with occasional exposure to fumes or odors.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
