Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer Internship

About the role

Join Bosch's Aveiro R&D centre as an Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer intern. You will support the design, implementation and maintenance of cloud and infrastructure solutions while gaining hands‑on experience with modern DevOps practices.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing, deploying and maintaining cloud infrastructure.
• Develop Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automate DevOps workflows.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimise platform performance.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment and operational processes.
• Optionally support frontend/UI development based on your skills and interests.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field.
• Understanding of DevOps concepts and software development lifecycle.
• Mandatory familiarity with Git and CI/CD principles.
• Good communication skills in English and Portuguese.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
