Information Security Manager

About the role

Join TUI’s global Information Security team as an Information Security Manager. You will champion a security‑first mindset across multiple technology domains, shaping and maintaining a robust security programme that protects critical assets and supports business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and embed security policies, standards and controls throughout the organisation.
• Provide expert advice to stakeholders and influence board‑level decisions on risk and compliance.
• Ensure rigorous testing, assurance and incident‑lesson tracking for high‑value assets.
• Manage pragmatic, cost‑effective risk mitigation, including vulnerability scanning and patch management.
• Report on security programme effectiveness against defined KPIs.
• Build strong relationships with business and IT teams to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading information security, governance, risk and compliance for a large business unit.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft security best practices for cloud and on‑premises environments.
• Familiarity with AWS security and international data‑privacy regulations.
• Ability to assess maturity, deliver improvements and work globally with technical and non‑technical colleagues.
