Industry Project Manager

About the role

As a Project Manager you will lead and execute transformation projects within the renewable energy sector, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and according to defined requirements while driving stakeholder engagement and organizational change.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver transformation projects within agreed scope, cost, and timeline, ensuring compliance with the client’s operating model.
• Develop and maintain project plans, conduct technical and management reviews, and provide gate recommendations.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and deviations, and implement mitigation strategies promptly.
• Communicate effectively across all organizational levels to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Manage project budgets and financial performance to achieve business success.
• Drive transformation initiatives that enhance processes, tools, and organizational capabilities.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in renewable energy or industrial sectors.
• Strong project‑management and self‑management capabilities.
• Excellent task management, prioritisation, negotiation and communication skills.
• Autonomous, proactive, creative problem‑solver with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
