Industrialization Project Manager – eBike Systems

About the role

As an Industrialization Project Manager at Bosch eBike Systems, you will drive the transition of innovative eBike solutions from concept to mass production, ensuring high quality, cost efficiency and on‑time delivery. You will act as the key industrialization and manufacturing expert for connected devices and human‑machine interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Lead industrialization projects, coordinating tasks, managing inter‑dependencies and maintaining optimized schedules.
• Serve as the primary technical interface with Electronic Manufacturing Services partners, overseeing sample builds through full‑scale production.
• Ensure production capacity meets or exceeds requirements while upholding Bosch’s quality standards.
• Analyze and continuously improve production processes, implementing innovations and performance enhancements.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of supplier capabilities (technical, quality, capacity) to align with strategic goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Materials, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Project‑management experience in a multinational environment, preferably in consumer electronics.
• Proven expertise in supplier management with ODMs, OEMs and contract manufacturers.
• Fluent in spoken and written Portuguese and English.
• Systematic, results‑oriented working style with the ability to manage complex inter‑dependencies.

Required skills

• Electronics assembly processes from prototype to high‑volume production.
• Embedded electronics knowledge, especially HMI/ECU/IoT products.
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma continuous‑improvement methodologies.
