Immigration Lawyer – Permanent Residence & Investment

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Lawyer to join our multinational team in Lisbon. The role focuses on managing the full legal process for permanent residence and investment‑related residence permits, providing expert advice to foreign clients.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and oversee the complete legal procedure for granting permanent residence.
• Provide specialised legal advice on residence permits for investment processes.
• Manage immigration cases from initial analysis through to successful completion.
• Conduct meetings with foreign clients and agents.
• Maintain regular contact with various government entities.

Required profile

• Law degree with active bar registration.
• Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory).
• Strong relational skills and ability to work cooperatively.
• In‑depth knowledge of applicable immigration laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and achieve set goals.
