Immigration Lawyer (Lisbon)

About the role

Global Citizen Solutions is looking for a qualified Immigration Lawyer to join its Lisbon office. You will work directly with high‑net‑worth individuals and families, guiding them through Portuguese visa, residency and citizenship programmes, including investment‑based routes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on Portuguese immigration, visa and citizenship pathways, especially investment‑by‑investment schemes.
• Manage end‑to‑end case files, ensuring compliance with national and international regulations.
• Develop customized mobility strategies and present clear, solution‑oriented recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary 360° team to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Maintain regular communication, follow‑ups and documentation throughout the client journey.
• Support business development efforts in the international market.

Required profile

• Law degree with a minimum of 2 years experience handling Portuguese visas, residency and citizenship, including citizenship‑by‑investment.
• Registered with the Bar Association (mandatory).
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (professional level); Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a structured team.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
