IAM Tester – SailPoint IdentityIQ (English B2)

About the role

We are looking for an IAM Tester to join our Identity and Access Management projects for a leading insurance client. The role focuses on testing SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, building test data, and ensuring high‑quality releases.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and document integration and user‑acceptance test cases for SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations.
• Build realistic test data, generate use‑case scenarios, and validate functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and the SecuIAM client team to align testing with business expectations.
• Identify defects, propose improvements, and support the definition of “Done” for each ticket in the iteration.
• Document test results, maintain test artefacts, and contribute to release quality assurance.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus, teamwork and flexibility.
• Proven experience (1‑3 years) in testing practices on significant projects.
• Ability to work independently, create test material and generate creative test scenarios.
• Experience with identity management and governance concepts.
