Hotel Operations Manager – Lisbon

About the role

As the Operations Manager for Lisbon Serviced Apartments, you will be at the core of delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will lead and scale daily operations, ensuring every stay meets the highest standards of quality and service.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, addressing their needs and aligning with brand standards.
• Oversee third‑party vendors, negotiate contracts, and monitor service quality.
• Implement a proactive property maintenance programme to keep apartments in top condition.
• Contribute to the development and consistency of the LSA brand experience.
• Manage budgets, optimise costs and track key performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations and licensing requirements.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing operations team.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities such as check‑ins, check‑outs and housekeeping coordination.

Required profile

• Proven leadership ability with experience motivating teams.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Background in hospitality, preferably in a fast‑paced or startup environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with landlords, vendors and staff.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, changing environment.
