Hebrew-speaking Customer Expert in Lisbon

About the role

We are seeking a Hebrew‑speaking Customer Expert to join our Lisbon team. You will be the front‑line contact for Hebrew‑speaking customers, ensuring they receive fast, accurate, and friendly support.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, providing timely and accurate information.
• Maintain deep knowledge of our products and services to resolve issues effectively.
• Work closely with internal departments to guarantee a seamless customer journey.
• Document interactions and feedback in our CRM to improve service quality.
• Identify upsell or cross‑sell opportunities that match customer needs.
• Participate in team projects aimed at enhancing support processes.

Required profile

• Fluent Hebrew with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong command of English for collaboration with a multicultural team.
• Proven experience in a customer service or similar role.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Customer‑centric attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
