Hebrew Customer Service Specialist – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a Hebrew‑speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our Lisbon team. You will be the first point of contact for Hebrew‑language customers, delivering timely assistance through phone, email and chat in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat, providing accurate information.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address complex problems.
• Document all interactions and keep customer records up‑to‑date.
• Identify customer needs proactively and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Stay current on product, service and policy updates.

Required profile

• Fluent in Hebrew with strong English communication skills.
• Previous experience in a fast‑paced customer service or support role.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and calm under pressure.
• Team‑oriented mindset and ability to work in a diverse, multicultural setting.
