Head Wellness Concierge

About the role

The Head Wellness Concierge leads the front‑of‑house experience for the spa and wellness areas at Costaterra Golf & Ocean Club, a luxury members‑only resort in Comporta, Portugal. You will ensure every member and guest receives a seamless, personalized wellness journey while overseeing daily operations and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and guide members through their wellness experience, handling reservations, bookings, and profile updates.
• Manage daily front‑of‑house operations, including reception setup, call and email handling, and incident reporting.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all wellness spaces.
• Drive sales through upselling of wellness activities, services, and promotions.
• Prepare daily reports, support stock control, purchasing, and accurate member charging.
• Lead, motivate, and train wellness concierges and attendants, providing onboarding and shift guidance.
• Collaborate with managers, attend meetings, and contribute to procedural improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety guidelines, and local regulations.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in luxury spa, wellness, or hospitality front‑of‑house roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Warm, proactive, service‑driven attitude with the capacity to work in a multicultural environment.
• Professional appearance, high ethical standards, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Passion for wellness and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with wellness or reservation management systems.
