Head of Regional Supply Chain – South Europe

About the role

Danish Crown is building a more connected and efficient Supply Chain organisation across South Europe. As Head of Regional Supply Chain you will lead the end‑to‑end supply chain performance for the South Europe region, ensuring alignment between demand, production capacity, inventory and distribution while supporting the company’s growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Own regional supply chain performance across planning, inventory and delivery, balancing service levels, costs and working capital.
• Lead the regional S&OP process, translating commercial forecasts into executable supply plans.
• Coordinate product flow from production sites to customers, ensuring optimal utilisation of capacity.
• Manage regional inventory targets, identify shortages or excess stock, and drive initiatives to improve turnover.
• Develop and monitor KPIs such as service level, planning accuracy and inventory deviation.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Finance and Global Supply Chain stakeholders to create a stable, predictable supply chain.

• Experience in managing complex supply chain networks in a multi‑country environment.
