Head of Project Execution EMEA

About the role

The Head of Project Execution will lead the delivery of complex supply‑chain and intralogistics projects across the EMEA region. You will ensure projects are staffed, executed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards while satisfying client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee execution of multi‑country projects, ensuring timelines, budgets and deliverables are met.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning, integration) in a matrix organization.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, roadmaps and milestones aligned with Körber Group and BA Supply Chain objectives.
• Identify risks to schedule, cost and quality; create mitigation plans and report to senior management.
• Lead resolution of complex project issues together with PMO subject‑matter experts and external partners.
• Drive continuous‑improvement and best‑practice adoption in project execution.
• Manage the Project Execution budget and ensure compliance with legal, health and safety requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in supply‑chain management, intralogistics or project execution.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing multicultural, multi‑regional teams.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects across regions or business verticals.
• Strong knowledge of risk and change management methodologies.
