About the role

Key responsibilities

• Guide guests through check‑in, stay, and check‑out, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Process operational tasks, respond to guest requests, and complete daily reports.
• Share local area highlights and recommendations to enhance guest enjoyment.
• Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, protecting assets, and upholding quality standards.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Maintain professional appearance, uniform standards, and clear communication at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior hospitality experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and handle light physical tasks.
• Full‑time availability and willingness to work flexible schedules.
