Growth Marketing Manager – CRO & Lifecycle (Remote)

About the role

As the Growth Marketing Manager you will own the conversion funnel for prospective students, turning interest into admissions calls and applications. You will work closely with Sales and Admissions, using data‑driven insights to optimise messaging, timing and channels at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Turn new leads into sales conversations and applications across email, WhatsApp, events, and product.
• Build and test nurture journeys, reactivation campaigns and event communications, tracking performance and conversion.
• Maintain lead scoring, segmentation and reporting in HubSpot, turning insights into actionable changes.
• Write lifecycle copy, create simple assets in Canva or Figma, and define AI‑supported messaging.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM or growth, preferably B2C.
• Hands‑on expertise with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform.
• Proven track record in activation and reactivation of leads.
• Strong English writing skills and a data‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
• Canva and Figma for simple asset creation
• Advanced spreadsheet and BI tool usage
• AI prompt design and testing for lifecycle communication
