Growth Manager - EdTech (French fluent)

About the role

Paradox is looking for a hands‑on Growth Manager who will design, build and launch experiments that drive user acquisition and engagement for its AI‑powered EdTech ecosystem. The role blends data‑driven decision‑making with rapid execution, allowing you to shape how millions learn and grow.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, copywrite and design growth campaigns from idea to launch.
• Build landing pages, set up automation workflows and ship test scripts without relying on developers.
• Generate hypotheses daily using AI tools such as Claude Code and translate them into measurable experiments.
• Analyse cohort data, identify vanity metrics and iterate quickly based on results.
• Collaborate with product, design and engineering to ensure experiments align with the overall product roadmap.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on growth or performance‑marketing experience.
• Fluent in French and English, with strong written communication skills.
• Bias for action: prefers shipping a scrappy version today over a perfect plan next quarter.
• Data‑oriented mindset capable of interpreting charts and distinguishing signal from noise.
