Group Technology Test Manager

About the role

Richemont is seeking a Group Technology Test Manager to lead testing activities across its luxury maisons and a wide range of technology initiatives, including supply chain, finance, logistics, retail, omnichannel, and CRM. The role operates in a global, highly distributed environment, collaborating with technology and business teams to ensure rigorous test planning, execution, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with project managers to align test timelines with overall project schedules.
• Develop test strategies, plans, scopes, and test scripts, securing stakeholder sign‑off.
• Execute test plans, monitor incidents, and drive defect resolution through Level 2/3 coordination.
• Facilitate health checks, daily progress meetings, and formal exit gate reviews.
• Report test execution status and deliverables to all relevant stakeholders.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technology test management, preferably on supply‑chain or logistics projects.
• Proven ability to work on worldwide integrated programs in fast‑paced, distributed settings.
• Fluent English; additional languages (French, German) are a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
