Group Head of Revenue – Hotels

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Group Head of Revenue to lead revenue management across multiple hotel properties for a leading hotel group in Albufeira, Portugal. The role will shape and execute group‑wide strategies to drive revenue growth, maximise profitability and enhance market performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies for the entire hotel group.
• Oversee pricing, forecasting, inventory management and distribution across all properties.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and demand patterns to capture revenue opportunities.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and revenue planning processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations and Operations to optimise commercial performance.
• Monitor KPIs such as ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy and Market Share.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on performance analysis.
• Lead, mentor and develop the revenue management team.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Group Revenue Manager, Cluster Director of Revenue or Head of Revenue in the hospitality sector.
• Demonstrated success managing revenue strategy for multiple hotels.
• Strong understanding of revenue management systems, channel distribution and hotel PMS platforms.
• Excellent analytical, commercial and leadership abilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and deliver measurable revenue growth.
• Experience with international or multi‑property hotel groups is highly desirable.
