Greek-speaking Content Moderator – Lisbon

About the role

We are seeking a Greek‑speaking Content Moderator to join a leading Outsourcing/BPO company in Lisbon. You will ensure that user‑generated content on e‑commerce platforms complies with internal policies, legal standards and safety guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of e‑commerce products, services and industry standards.
• Review and moderate content according to established SLAs and quality benchmarks.
• Verify that uploaded material adheres to platform policies, legal requirements and safety guidelines.
• Adapt quickly to policy updates and schedule changes while following standard operating procedures.
• Identify and escalate any issues through the proper internal channels.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Greek (verbal and written).
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong moderation abilities with clear communication, sound judgment and local market insight.
• Solid understanding of e‑commerce platforms and industry practices.
• Ability to manage high workloads, especially during peak promotional periods.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (Monday‑Sunday, 24/7).
• Excellent customer‑service skills with empathy and balanced decision‑making.

Required skills

• Greek language (native proficiency).
• English language (B2+ proficiency).
• Content moderation techniques.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platform operations.
